Competition Entry Forms

Please note – these forms are for club notice boards to advise members that it is time to enter.  Members can either

1. Enter online themselves or
2. Add their name to your list so that you can collect their money and enter on their behalf. It’s important that members either enter online themselves, or via their rep – NOT BOTH!

If a rep is entering a number of members, we would prefer them to do so online using the form provided in the shop. The secretary will email a copy of the draw to the host rep once it is done. Late entries MUST be made online.
